Vexer, the Wrath form Pocket Nightmare, is said to have been created when someone carelessly disposed of some steroids in Dimmley's Dump. The steroids caused some of the garbage to mutate into the vitriolic balls that make up the Vexer's arms and head. Super rare Gloomy variant!
